What The Audit Log Shows

The Audit Log page shows a chronological record of workspace activity and data import events.

Use this page to review who performed an action, when it happened, what entity was affected, and whether related details are available.

User Activity

The User Activity tab shows audit log entries with:

• Timestamp
• Summary
• Category
• Event type
• Severity
• Actor
• Entity
• IP address
• Details, when details are available

Rows with details can be expanded to view the recorded JSON details for the event.

User Activity Filters

You can filter user activity by:

• Category: security, data, or system
• Severity: info, warning, or error
• Entity type
• Start date
• End date

Use Clear to remove active filters and return to the full result set.

Data Imports

The Data Imports tab shows ETL and import activity. Entries include source, entity type, status, record counts, started time, completed time, and expandable details.

Import statuses include started, completed, failed, and partial.

Data Import Filters

You can filter data import logs by:

• Source: Plaid, QuickBooks, file upload, or manual
• Entity type
• Status
• Start date
• End date

Pagination

Both tabs are paginated. Use Previous and Next to move through result pages.

If no results appear after filtering, clear filters or widen the date range.
