Workspace Settings
Manage workspace users and defaults that can affect plan usage
Billing & Usage is the settings area for subscription, AI usage credits, payment methods, and billing history.
If billing is not enabled for the workspace or environment, the page shows a coming soon message instead of billing controls.
The Subscription section shows the current plan, billing cycle, included credits, excess credit rate, maximum users, status, next billing date, and auto-renewal status when billing data is available.
Available plans can be shown for comparison or plan changes.
Usage Overview shows AI usage credit information, including current credits, total credits, monthly usage, last month usage, and average daily usage.
If credit packages are available, you can purchase additional credits from this section.
Payment Methods lists saved payment methods. You can set a default payment method, remove a payment method, or add a new one when the controls are available.
Removing a payment method can affect future renewals or usage charges if it is the only usable payment method.
Billing History lists invoices with their date, description, amount, and status. When invoice downloads are available, use the download action from the invoice row.
If you only see a coming soon message, billing is not enabled for this workspace or environment. Contact your workspace admin or support if you expected billing controls to be available.
