Interchange Privacy And Directory Settings
Review the detailed Interchange privacy and directory controls
Data Sharing settings control Interchange privacy and directory visibility for the workspace.
These settings affect how other workspaces can find and identify your workspace. They do not automatically approve any data sharing request.
You can choose whether other workspaces can see or search by specific workspace details:
Showing company name and relevant industry codes usually makes discovery easier. Address and phone number are more sensitive and should only be shown when discovery requires them.
The preview panel shows how the workspace can appear in Interchange directory search based on the current privacy controls.
Use the preview before saving to confirm that the visible details are enough for trusted partners to recognize the workspace.
Use Save Settings after changing privacy controls.
If settings cannot be saved, the page shows a failure message and the previous settings may still be active.
The page can show active receivers and connection status so admins can review who is receiving shared data from the workspace.
Use the main Interchange page for request and connection workflows. Use Data Sharing settings for policy and visibility.
Check that company name or relevant codes are visible, and confirm the requester is searching with the correct information.
If discovery still fails, share the workspace UUID from Workspace settings.
