Workspace Settings
Set workspace-level defaults and manage team members
Profile settings control your personal account details and preferences inside the current workspace.
Changes on this page affect your account, not every user in the workspace. Workspace-wide defaults are managed from Workspace settings by an admin.
You can update:
Your email address is shown for reference but cannot be changed from this page. Contact support if the email address on your account needs to change.
Use the Security section to change your password. You must enter your current password, a new password, and the new password again for confirmation.
The new password must be at least 8 characters. If the two new password fields do not match, the password is not changed.
The Home Page selector lets you choose where your account lands after opening the workspace.
User-level homepage settings override the workspace default for your account. Available choices depend on the workspace type and enabled features. Dashboard choices can include shared dashboards and your own personal dashboards.
The theme picker changes how the dashboard is displayed for you:
The Mobile section can show a QR code for accessing your workspace from the mobile app. You can also copy the workspace URL from the QR code dialog.
Active Sessions lists current login sessions. You can refresh the list, revoke a single session, or revoke all other sessions.
Use this if you signed in on a shared device or need to end access from another browser.
