Workspace settings manage workspace identity, users, admin controls, workspace defaults, and workspace-level configuration.
Most controls on this page are admin-only. Non-admin users can view limited information but need a workspace admin to change workspace configuration.
The Workspace Information section shows:
The workspace UUID can be copied and shared with support or used for integrations that need an exact workspace identifier.
Admins can manage workspace users from Team Members:
You cannot remove or suspend yourself from this table. Support users are protected from normal member-management actions.
If there are outstanding invitations, admins can review the email, name, role, invited date, expiration date, and status.
Use Revoke to cancel an invitation before it is accepted.
Support Access lets an admin create or remove a ConStrat support user for the workspace.
Turn this on when the support team needs direct access to investigate an issue. Turn it off when support access is no longer needed.
The Company time zone selector sets the workspace default time zone for dates and times. If no company time zone is set, the workspace uses UTC.
The selector stores the IANA time zone name, current UTC offset, and whether daylight saving time is active for that zone.
Admins can set the default homepage for all workspace users. User-level homepage preferences from Profile settings can override this default for an individual account.
Available homepage options depend on workspace type and enabled features.
Workspace Configuration shows workspace-level configuration values returned by the backend. Depending on the configuration type, admins may see toggles, text inputs, number inputs, or color inputs.
Some settings can include change warnings. Review those warnings before saving because the setting may affect everyone in the workspace.
If AI response feedback is enabled, admins can choose whether feedback from users in the workspace is saved and used to improve the platform.
Turning this off stops workspace feedback from being saved for platform improvement from that point forward.
Reset Workspace Onboarding clears the saved onboarding session for the workspace and sends users through onboarding the next time they sign in.
Existing workspace data is not deleted by resetting onboarding.
